Family schedule and property management office
RSF Family Management LLC runs a small family office in West Jordan at 7533 S Center View Ct, West Jordan - 84084-5526, United States (US), where parents, children, caregivers and the professionals who serve the household can all read the same schedule. We coordinate calendars, watch over the family property, plan maintenance and keep every arrival and departure in one visible place instead of scattered across phones and loose paper. Our work is quiet and practical, and the result is simple to see: a household where nobody has to ask what happens next.

Every household carries more moving parts than any one person can hold in memory. We pin the work down so it can be seen, discussed and finished. Each card below is one strand of the service we provide to families in West Jordan and across the Salt Lake valley, and each strand can be taken on its own or as part of a full schedule office.
We build one master calendar for the household and keep it current through the week. Appointments, errands, repair visits and family commitments are placed against real travel time so that no two obligations collide.
Our office walks the property on a schedule, records what it sees and reports back in plain language. From roofs and irrigation to storage rooms and vehicles, nothing drifts out of view for a whole season.
Term dates, conferences, practices, recitals and camps are gathered from every school and program and merged into the family wall. We watch the overlaps early, while a change is still easy to make.
Reviewed each termWe keep a seasonal maintenance plan for the house and grounds, then schedule the trades and track the work until it is closed out. Small repairs are grouped so a single visit can carry several tasks.
When relatives or friends come to stay, we prepare the rooms, plan the meals, arrange transport and leave a simple printed outline for the family. Guests arrive into a settled house rather than a scramble.
Holiday travel, storage rotations, school breaks and family events each need their own run up. We map the season in advance, book what must be booked and keep a fallback plan for weather or delay.
Planning note on fileA family year is not a straight line. It has a shape, and that shape can be planned. These are the movements we work through with each household, adjusted to the ages of the children, the age of the house and the plans the family already holds.
Heating systems are checked, roof edges and gutters are inspected after storms, and holiday guests are arranged with room assignments, transport and meals. School terms restart and the calendar is rebuilt around new class schedules. This is the season when visitor and guest arrangements earn their keep.
As snow leaves the foothills, we look for drainage problems, check the irrigation start up and plan exterior repairs while the weather is mild. The property oversight walk shifts outdoors, and maintenance tasks that were deferred all winter are scheduled in careful groups.
Camps, swim schedules and family travel arrive together. We build a summer board with clear blocks for each child, plan the housesitter handover and keep the property watched while the family is away. Seasonal family logistics carries the load in this stretch.
School calendars resume, the garden is put down for winter, storage rotates and the heating system returns to the front of the list. We close the year with a written review of what the property and the schedule taught us, so the school and activity calendar starts the next term already current.
RSF Family Management LLC opens its winter planning calendar, and families who wish to rebuild a schedule before the school term deepens are welcome to call the West Jordan office at +16673761135.
We begin with a listening visit. A member of our team sits with the family, usually at the kitchen table, and asks how the week actually runs. Where are the pinch points. Who takes which child where. Which repairs have been postponed twice. What happens when a guest arrives or a term ends. From those answers we write a first draft of the wall: a week at a glance, a short list of property items and a calendar of the next two seasons.
The draft is reviewed with the family before anything is booked or scheduled. That review matters, because a plan only holds when the people who live with it agree with its shape. We adjust the rhythm, agree on how often the property is walked and decide how reports should be delivered. Some families want a short weekly email. Some want a printed page on the wall. Some want a call on Sunday evening. The mechanism is theirs to choose; the discipline behind it is ours to keep.
Once the plan is live, our office runs a weekly cycle. We check the coming week, confirm bookings, review the property items that are due and send the family a short note on what changed. Anything that cannot be resolved by us is raised early, with a clear description and a suggested next step. Nothing is left to drift quietly toward a deadline.
We also keep a written record across the year. The record covers property walks, repairs completed, guests hosted, seasons planned and decisions made. At the end of the year the family receives a summary that shows what the office handled and where the next year could be lighter. That summary is often the clearest picture a household has ever had of its own routine, and it is the reason many families stay with us across several years.
To talk about your own household, use the contact page and we will arrange a listening visit at a time that suits the family.
On continuity
A schedule is only useful if it survives a bad week. We build plans with slack in the right places so that a sick child or a delayed flight does not undo the whole board. The family sees the fallback before it is needed, which is what makes it calm when it is used.
On property
A house tells you what it needs if someone is looking on a regular rhythm. Our walks are short but frequent, and the notes from them are kept in one file so patterns become visible.
On guests
Preparing a room well is a form of care. We plan the small things so the family can simply enjoy the visit.
On seasons
The best time to plan winter is autumn, and the best time to plan summer is early spring. We start early enough that every booking is a choice rather than a rescue.
